Carlock's America 250 Celebration

The Village of Carlock and White Oak Township are hosting a weekend of fun events to celebrate the 250th Birthday of the United States of America, July 3rd - 5th. The America250 Committee, Co-chaired by John & Dawn Holliger and made up of community members across the Carlock area are working hard to put together a fun and meaningful event. During the Bicentennial Celebration in 1976, the people of Carlock buried a time capsule to be opened in 50 years on July 4th, 2026? The Time Capsule Reveal will be part of the celebration on Saturday, July 4th, down at the park. Festivities also include a parade, fireworks, music, dancing, food trucks, history, games, contests and relays, local artisan and produce vendors, and more. We hope you will join us!
